Hello,

I purchased the BlackShark V2 X headset from Amazon in my country, and upon receiving the product and attempting to register it, an error message appeared stating that it has already been registered. When I requested support and entered the product's SN, it showed a message saying it is ineligible for the free warranty. I would like assistance to register it in the system and also to use the 7.1 Surround Sound.

I need help from a support team member, please.

I’m here to help. Please PM me the device serial number and proof of purchase showing the seller's name. I need these details to verify the information.

Here are the steps on how you can share the file:

  1. Go to the Google Drive folder using the link you provided.
  2. Click on the folder name at the top.
  3. Click on the "Share" button (it looks like a person with a plus sign).
  4. Under "Share with people and groups," enter my email address or change the link-sharing settings.
  5. To share with anyone with the link, choose "Anyone with the link" and set the permission to "Viewer".
