i bought Razer blackshark V2 special edition with sound card. i proceed to register and ask for 7.1 surroundsound activation code this error is showing.
“Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.”
