I recently bought a Razer Naga Hyperspeed, having several issues wit Synapse, contacted support several times and Ive heard NOTHING back, its been more than 3 weeks  ! Why have “Customer Support” if you just ignore the customers ! I should have listened to people when they told me “anything but Razer” !
