레이저 블랙샤크 v2 x 제품을 쓰고있는데 7.1서라운드 기능을 사용하고 싶은데 헤드셋 옆면에 시리얼 번호가 지워져있고 다른 시리얼 번호를 찾을수 없습니다. 어떡해야 하나요?

You can view the serial number behind the left ear cushion as illustrated on page 5 from the guide. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
