Hello,
Lately I’ve been hearing an electronic-like buzz when my Kraken V3 PROs haptic is turned on, I wanted to update the firmware, but after the tool wants me to unplug and replug the dongle, the tool goes back to “Plug in the dongle in a USB slot” and wont let me proceed.
I’ve had this headset for 2 years, but I don’t think they’re broken.
