13" Razer Blade Stealth Desktop and Taskbar Blinking

My Razer Blade Stealth 13" desktop wont stop blinking. When I click anything, aside from Task Manager, it just stops it and goes back to the desktop, even if its the windows key. When I go into task manager, it shows the file explorer is using a lot of the cpu, and running for about 1 min will make the laptop burning hot. What's your Windows 10 version? 1909? I'd update the graphic drivers - but 1st using DDU remove the old drivers and install a new ones. 2nd thing - run CMD with administrator privileges and type sfc /scannow it'll scan all system files, and if there's some corruption - it will try to fix it. Also I'd scan the computer with Antivirus software (the built-in win 10 AV is pretty good).
