After months of battling a black screen issue, reformats and chasing forums post and fixes I can now see that a BIOS update is rolling out to just about every Razer laptop model with the exception of the Studio Edition. Since purchase there has been ZERO bios support.
While I do enjoy the BIOS update here and there this is a requirement and I can not boot in my laptop at all for the fifth installation. At least I know why now.
Why has the studio edition been ignored? I have a repeating $4K brick.
Boot -> Windows10/Razer Logo -> Black Screen.
Laptop has been on 1.03 since release. The support did not have a clue when I reached out.
What else should I do?

BTW, you have a BIOS update for the 2020 Studio Edition posted normally on the support forum.
The Blade 19 Studio Edition might have a 1.04 BIOS with a black screen fix but its not posted. Every razer model has the bios update along with the 2020 studio edition so I am going to bet this needs some attention.
Its been months of fresh installs and black screens, Razer should be responsible enough to post a BIOS for a $4K laptop.

I work in healthcare with COVID, having this happen is very disturbing to my work day. I have not been able to play much games since March and just trying to boot to the desktop.
Its OK I am not tried enough I will reformat again and avoid the 451 drivers.
What do I have to do to get some attention on my $4k+ purchase?
