So I believe I may have found a solution that has seemed to have fixed the speakers on my Blade Stealth 2019. Before the speakers were crackling all the time (like many others have experienced). I went to Realteks site (link posted) and got the latest driver for a 64 bit system.
https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software
Steps taken:
Uninstalled all realtek drivers using the R2.73 installer (yes, there are probably other ways that work as well, just stating what worked for me)
Rebooted my system
Aborted R2.73 Installer from continuing
Installed latest Realtek Driver
Rebooted system again
Complete
Hopefully this helps you guys as well, so far it seems to be working on my laptop.

Hi mate, is this compatible with the dolby atmos app?
Just tested, it does appear to work with Dolby Atmos.
Thank you!
I allready thougt i have to live with the crackling sound. You made my day :)
Just in case, i exactly followed your instructions and the problem is gone.
Clear sounds and the Atmos app and effect is working. You can hear the difference by activating / deactivating Atmos.
This should be forwarded to razer support team.

Glad I was able to help, wasn't sure if it would be something that would only work for me or not so I figured I'd share my experience in the event it would help someone else.
