Hi I am having issues to upgrade my ram on my Razer base 2020 model. i have brought https://uk.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g32c16s4b/ct18385858 For some reason every-time I install it I get on to the razed screen and then it crashes… i can get into the bios shows the correct ram amount just not at the correct speed On website it says it’s compatible but why isn’t it working ?

    Hi, I don't have an answer unfortunately but I was hoping you could help me. What screwdriver did you use specifically to open up the case for the laptop?

    @Mikol002 Please note that the Blade 15 2020 Base Model's processor only supports up to DDR4 - 2933 MHz. The RAM kit you bought is a DDR4 - 3200 MHz, which may be the reason why it's not working well with your laptop. @techPinkSherbetcast145 You can use a T5 screwdriver as listed on this guide.
