Hello, I just finished my build for the first time and I’m running into a issue with the ARGB fans i installed in the case. The fans spin when turning on the computer but the ARGB lights on the razer kunai fans will not illuminate.  The ARGB controller came with the original microUSB to USB Header cable and I broke it. So bought a replacement microUSB cable (left side) to USB header, will this work? Or do i need to send it back for a new one?

Hello,

Congratulations on completing your first build! It's unfortunate that you're experiencing an issue with the ARGB lights on your Razer Kunai fans.

Regarding the replacement microUSB cable you purchased (left side) to USB header, it's important to ensure that it is compatible with the ARGB controller and the fans themselves. Make sure the replacement cable has the same specifications as the original cable, such as the correct connector types and pin configuration.

If the replacement cable matches the required specifications, you can try using it to connect the ARGB controller to the USB header on your motherboard. However, please note that I cannot guarantee it will resolve the issue, as there might be other factors at play.

If the lights still don't illuminate after connecting the replacement cable, it's possible that there may be a problem with the ARGB controller or the fans themselves. In that case, you may need to consider contacting the manufacturer's support or returning the product for a replacement or further assistance.

Before taking any further steps, it's a good idea to double-check the connections, consult the product manual, and potentially seek guidance from the manufacturer's support team to ensure you've explored all troubleshooting options.

Best of luck in resolving the ARGB lighting issue with your fans!
