Greetings Insider family. Been gone a long time, but I'm usually lurking.
So long story short I'm interested in the newer Blade 14 laptops. There still seems to be very few reviews of the machine on the internet so I'm hoping a few members have gotten a hold of their machines and would be willing to share some performance numbers so I can decide between the 3070ti and 3080ti model.
Once I make a choice I'll try to write up a review for everyone.

My personal opinion~
14 inch laptop size is too small
GPU:
mobile 3070 TI and 3080 TI are powerful, but I'm worried about how effective the cooling will be.

Consider the Blade size; with a powerful heat source (GPU), I'd think about an effective cooling solution and how to circulate the air without taking in more heat.

Unless things changed alot from the last gen models there was a healthy amount of Blade 14 owners on the now dead Notebookreview site that seemed to have good thermals out of the box. So if a little tweaking and repasting is needed then that's not an issue.
I'm actually going to be downsizing from my Legion 7. And the larger size is just not suiting me. Great machine and it performs like a beast. But, I've been moving my laptop around alot as I'll game on it casually when I'm not streaming. And I move it back to my office when I'm using it as my capture PC for when I stream console games. I do need to pay attention to if 16GB might not be enough for streaming. So I'll have to test that.
I'll have to do some digging to see if battery bloat is still as rampant as it used to be. I always prop my laptops up or use cooling pads when gaming. But if they haven't sorted that out I'll definitely have to give them a pass.
I just got a Blade 14 3070ti and am loving it. I would, however, like to replace the SSD because 1tb is just way too small. I understand that only single-layered/single-sided NVME drives fit, and the 970 EVO is an absolute no-go because of power consumption, but does anyone know 4tb+ ssds that work in the Razer Blade 14 (2022)?

According this Reddit post WD black sn750 4TB fits on last year blade 14.

Razer's specs state double-sided.
I have a 2022 razer blade 14 and it's perfect.
Premium feel, vapour chamber makes the cooling more efficient and is not as loud or as hot as traditional heat pipes. I had an Asus g15 2022 model before this with the same specs, youd think that would be quieter and not as hot as it has more room for coolings, but that thing was a million times hotter and louder than the blade.
Screens beautiful, performance is really really strong, when I'm not gaming and with the right settings I can get 7/8 hours of battery life just chilling web browsing and YouTube etc. Fans completely turn off with the right settings too so it's absolutely quiet when your not going.
Its perfect for me. I want ed a machine that had a great screen, great build quality but also 7/8 hours battery life when not gaming and this does all those things. I freaking love it

My Razer blade 14 Laptop arrived with a hole in the screen and dead pixels which Best Buy was willing to exchange but denied by Razer. After arguing for days an RMA approved for repair at Ingram micro in Arizona who shipped the laptop back to me with a completely dead screen. Outsourced and awful tech support and very poor quality control. I have owned computers for over 33 years and this is by far my worst experience. Don’t believe paid reviewers on YouTube or elsewhere the hype is real on poor service and build quality. Avoid at all costs if possible. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone of sound mind unless you feel enjoy like you have been robbed of $2500 plus dollars or wish to be on tech support overseas for hours on end begging for help.
