Blade 14 2022 TPM not detected in Windows after EC Update with 31-Mar-2023 EC Update

After performing a EC update on my blade 14 to 1.1.1.3, BIOS indicated TPM2.0 device found with firmware version 6.3.

However, running tpm.msc would not be able to detect any compatible TPM and system now is not detecting TPM present

 

Did anyone face the same issue? and how did you resolve it?

    I am facing exactly the same issue. 
    I went from Windows 11 to 10 recently, and as Win11 asks for TPM 2.0 I can't go back to Win 11.

     

    Same question. Did anyone get to solve this issue? Please @Razer Admin
