Hi,
Tried to install a secondary drive into my machine (980 Pro 2Tb) and I was wondering if I'd purchased a wrong one since it doesn't reach all the way to the NVME Bracket screw but after taking out the first NVME and trying it into the secondary slot, I can confirm that somehow I have a wrong NVME bracket on my machine as the stock NVME can't also reach the screw. From Reddit I read that there's been couple of people with similar issues and they've got a confirmation that they indeed had wrong model NVME brackets in their machines.
I already opened a ticket with support, but curious if there's other people here with a similar issue and if so, how did it get fixed? I hope that Razer is able to supply me with just a new bracket since returning the whole machine would make my life quite difficult, I'd be without my production machine then.
Pic attached of the issue.
edit: If it makes any difference, I have the 10th gen model with 3070 and 360Hz display.
