Blade 15 mid 2019 / 1660ti - Fan issues when plugged in, but no issues when unplugged?

It is 2025. Everything was fine until i updated my windows. This was the update name: 2025-11 Security Update (KB5068861) (26200.7171). After updating i found something weird. When my laptop is plugged in, the fans are going crazy (even tho nothing is opened). BUT as soon as i unplug it, it gest 100% quite. So, when unplugged, i see normal behaviour as it always was, but when plugged in, nothing is opened, fans are going really fast creating such a loud noice. I tried searching issues in bios, updated my all drivers, updated everything that was razer related (all apps, etc), fixing issues that occured in my event viewer (under windows logs → system), but nothing works. May be there is somebody who still uses such an old laptop as my self and had similar problem, i would love to hear any response. hopefully, i could get any response from razer as well (may be this issue persists on new laptops as well because of this windows update).
