Blade Stealth 13 doesn't boot anymore (Windows 10)

All of a sudden my laptop stopped booting. Instead it's now showing the "Choose your keyboard layout" screen and there seems to be no way to exit this bloody loop. I tried each and every option in this mode but nothing helped, I just return to the starting point. I haven't installed any new software or plugged any new hardware. I haven't received any error messages or missed/unfinished any update. I'm stuck. Any ideas what the hell is wrong with this laptop and how to get fix it? P.S. Fortunately I have Linux installed as the second OS so I hope I can continue using this... thing at least. Damn the day when I bought it though.
