Blade stealth 13 (early 2020) battery life

Hi, I've just got the early 2020 blade stealth (rz09-03102e22-r3b1) 2 weeks ago. However I only get 2-3 hours of battery life. Is this normal? I didn't get the 10 hours battery life as advertised. I understand that the 10 hours is very optimistic but I am expecting somewhere around 6-7 hours of usage. I have done all sorts of tweaks to save more battery but it didn't help at all. Just wondering if anyone experience this as week. Thanks

It depends on use case, if it’s light like paperwork, web browsing etc 2 or 3 hours battery life sounds that your dgpu kicking on off, maybe optimus bug or if you have afterburner or other 3rd apps that use nvidia dGPU, such software might wake the nvidia gpu and consumes more battery than usual. Try updating Nvidia driver to latest one, nvidia driver might also effect the optimus function.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I think I have the latest nvidia driver installed. I get 2-3 hours battery life even when the pc is restarted without any programs running, so I do not think it is due to any programs using the dgpu.
