Bluetooth issue...

I have a Razer Blade Pro 17 early 2019. The last couple of weeks I've been having issues with my bluetooth. My keyboard would randomly stop working. However, it would work on my other device. The only bluetooth device that works without a hiccup is my logi mx mouse. So I purchased a new Surface keyboard....same thing. The laptop finds it, but it will not connect. I uninstalled all the drivers, and re-installed. All of my drivers are up to date. I contacted technical support and they told me to try it again. Still no luck. Has anybody else run into this issue? Thanks
