Can't receive activation code for surround 7.1 with Kraken Pro V2

Hey, I decided to download Razer Synapse 3.0 and so also took Razer Surround 7.1. But when i went on razer surround 7.1 they asked more for an activation code, i don't have the box of my headset anymore. I thererefore decided to register my Kraken Pro V2 on Razer ID just like it is said on the website. I received an email of confirmation but no activation code. Where and how can i get this code for my headset ? I looked it up and never found a solution... Maybe the Kraken Pro v2 can't do surround 7.1 ? Please help!

I have the exact same problem. It used to work on razer synapse 2.0 on my old cumputer but now I can't get a code or use surround sound whatsoever.

I'm curious too, cuz I was thinking of getting the Kraken at some point.

Same with me. I had to download the legacy 2.0, an old one ( and it's not working in win10 ver 2004 ).

You should still have the Razer surround Pro activation code in your email account, but the 7.1 surround needs a different (new) one. I haven't received a replacement code either. If they discontinued Surround Pro they should at least give us a replacement.

I was told by a support manager that if you run an instance of bluestacks on your PC with the Razer Surround, it works again. I tried that out and it's true. While bluestack is open, the surround sound stays normal and usable like nothing happened and i'm using it like this until they find a fix for it.
