can't start razer synapse or cortex on razer book 13

I've tried to uninstall and install the applications but they still won't work

    Restart windows and make sure no other 3rd party apps running, it might have issue or bugs with other apps. I noticed recently sometimes, synapse won’t open (pop up on task bar for a moment then disappear), though at that time I don’t really need that so I didn’t really put attention. I am assuming with either MSI afterburner, Firefox or Razer gpu Switcher since it’s the only apps that running at that time together with my game. Recently when I opened synapse after windows start and let it on task bar, it never closed again even I open mentioned apps. It’s only my assumption and probably synapse bug that was fixed by update but worth to try. My system blade stealth 13 if it’s matter, but synapse should be the same (only 13 has more features due per key rgb keyboard).
