Color Oversaturated on Razer Studio Laptop

I have a razer studio laptop 2019 and an external monitor. The colors (saturation etc) look good on both the monitor and the laptop using adobe products. When I look at windows photo viewer or directory thumbnails, they are fine on the external monitor but oversatured and the color is off on the laptop? I've tried using a monitor calibrator, also (for reference) this was not an issue on a prior windows laptop. Any have an idea on how to fix this?

    As far as I know, our studio laptop displays are factory calibrated to get up to 100% DCI-P3 with low Delta-Es. But you can either download custom color profiles or calibrate the display via Display>Advanced Settings>Display Adapter for Display 1>Color Management>Advanced>Calibrate Display. *Moving this to our Systems section.
