does charging do not work in Europe? razer blade 15
Hello everyone, so here I ordered a Razer blade from California. after two days of use the charger was no longer working. the green LED is off. it was an American plug that I plugged into my home in Belgium with an adapter. my question is: is it possible that the charger will not work anymore because of the electrical difference between Europe and America.
if I buy the charger with a European plug is it going to work? or he will also break
ps: At the rear of the charger there is the CE logo which means European conformity
ps 2: I felt a burning smell as if the high voltage had burned the charger

Probably defective power brick, its green light doesn’t light on on usage means it doesn’t work. Laptops should be no matter being used in different countries. I don’t have US laptops but I’ve 3 laptops from Japan and use in Germany almost a decade without issues at all. Used also Blade and MacBook from Germany in Asia countries and it’s fine.
I’ll change the tag to support if you want so staff can check it further and find the solution.
