    For RAM I understand you can upgrade to 64GB. But for the SSD it only has one slot. I spoke to a rep and he said "it might be possible to upgrade the SSD but it might void the warranty" A very on the fence answer... They would not tell me the SSD type used other than M.2 NMVe. I think it is probably M.2 2280 socket M. But I cannot confirm this...

    No all slots are equipped but you can upgrade them, dual ram slot up to 64gb(32x2) and ssd (if you’ve money to burn) up to 8TB (real empty storage apparently is around 7,1Tb).

    Yes, it is the ultra common NMVe Gen3 PCIe, M.2 2280. And No, it would not void your warranty as I have already got a warranty system replacement and all I was told was to put all the original components back.
