Ethernet support

I have the razor blade 14 (3070) and my Ethernet adapter can only do 100/100 when it supports 1000/1000. I got a new adapter and a different cable and the issue is the same. I went into Ethernet properties and is say that it is limited to 100/100. Can the blade 14 not do 1000/1000 via Ethernet?
