Frame Drops ? Stuttering in Games

So I bought the razer blade 15 last week, and when I first started the computer up I got an error about a shell folder failing to expand. I thought nothing of it until I downloaded and started playing a game. Before this I made sure to download all drivers and check for updates. When I was playing, my frames would stay around 100, then they would randomly drop to around 40-50. Since then I factory reset the computer, got the same shell folder error, and am still having the same problems. Anyone know what's wrong or what I can do to fix this?

1. Try to reinstall or update your video driver to the latest (both intel and Nvidia) 2. Install realtemp and check whether your laptop temperature spikes when you experience low fps (If yes, bump down your power plan to balanced or contact Razer support as you might get a faulty laptop) 3. Disable Nvidia Ansel 4. Reset or install the latest BIOS 5. Check if anything unusual is running in background and using high resources in task manager 6. Run Antivirus check 7. Use a voltage stabler
