That is what I did. Black screen and only the green led blinking at the bottom right corner.Isn’t there setting option in the Bios when I could set the clock speed of the RAM or turn off the XMP?

With the stock ram it does run, that is a 3200 MHz RAM BTW, 1.2V like the HyperX I am trying to use. I even tried to mix them, but without success...:(((

Try to reseat the ram and see how it goes.

It is the same. I tried already 3 times. With the stock RAM, it boots immediately.
HyperX is Plug N Play memory should run in DDR4 systems up to the speed allowed by the manufacturer’s system BIOS. PnP cannot increase the system memory speed faster than is allowed by the manufacturer’s BIOS. HyperX Plug N Play DDR4 products support XMP 2.0 specifications so overclocking can also be achieved by enabling the built-in XMP Profile.

Razer should support this memory!

Hi weileong,
Thanks for your reply. The issue is that I cannot return it already to the supplier where I purchased as they said it is an open box and they cannot resell:)) have fun!:)
any better idea?

yeah your post about not being able to return was a later one than the one I replied to

I guess if you're stuck with unreturnable RAM that you can't use, your only real option is to sell it, maybe via eBay? or maybe check if friends of yours need more RAM

have you gotten a response from Razer support?
Thanks for your reply, they are investigating my issue with their higher-level developers and will return to me soon. That's their promise now.
