Gap left when trying to close laptop
Hi guys, i ve seen an issue with my laptop, when I try to close it, it leaves a little gap before fully closing. Does anyone knows why?

That is quite a gap. Either the hinge needs lubrication, or the lid is catching on to something that's preventing it from closing properly. Check for any physical defects on the lid and the surface surrounding the keyboard. Do send me the serial number so I can check the warranty status.
