GPU Utilization question

I am trying to understand how the GPU utilization works. In the screenshot I attached, i have MSI Afterburner reporting the GPU load as an overlay, but it shows a drastic difference than what Windows Task Manager Performance shows. Can anyone explain this to me? It appears that the integrated graphics is doing more than the NVIDIA 2080, which i dont understand. I apologize for the maybe easy question, i am trying to troubleshoot whether or not NVIDIA Optimus is working correctly.

Optimus laptops sometimes bug (in my experience often with steam titles) the gpu usage, yes it use intel gpu apparently, the nvidia gpu is waking up because of the software, MSI afterburner. In order to push nvidia to work instead iGPU you need to go to nvidia controll panel and switch the mode from balance to maximum performance nvidia graphics to get better gaming performance. Mostly on balance it’s fine but as I said above they sometimes bugged. Nvidia Optimus is technology to switch gpu in order to get better battery life so close MSI afterburner if you need battery life because it’s known as nvidia gpu waking up software.
