Help with Ripsaw HD audio!

I recently bought a Razer Ripsaw HD and it’s not recording the audio. I’m using OBS and playing on ps4. It’ll record the screen but no audio is being picked up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sent an email to them takes them 72hrs to reply its been 8 days. I have yet to get help with this audio issue on the ripsaw

I fixed this problem by adding an audio device in OBS and setting it to "Razer Ripsaw HD HDMI"

Question, does your audio also crackle and drop sometimes?
