Hyperboost on the Razer Blade 16 (2024) - is it good? What are other users' experiences using it?

I’ve upgraded to a Razer Blade 16 - 2024.
There is a firmware update available to enable Hyperboost support.
Razer Blade 16" (2024) | RZ09-0510 EC, Keyboard, and vBIOS Firmware Updater

For those of you who have applied the update, do you find yourself using Hyperboost often?  Is it good?  How hot does the laptop get?
I prefer not to apply firmware updates unless there is a benefit. 
I own the Razer Laptop Cooling pad as well.
