I bought kraken x light then i try to download 7.1 surround software which is not working whatever I tried !
When i click to RazerSurroundSoundInstaller it takes me to the installing screen and it keeps me waiting for 20 minutes to skip to the next step. And in the next step I can not click anything, there is no information about what i can download or use, I mean it is totally broken program.
Perhaps I made a huge mistake buying a Razer product; after all, I couldn't have known you'd be a company that can't even properly program its own application.
