I need help with my RAZER HANBO CHROMA 360mm

Is not showing at Synapse, and i can`t setup the fan speed and the light effects. all the instructions to solve was done, but is not wroking properly. My motherboard is ASUS ROG STRIX, with intel 1700, i9 12900k, and windows 11 pro.

    Hi from Japan. *My English is not good. I am sorry If you feel bad for my English. Not rude just English poor. I used NZXT internal usb hub and I had same issue. Did you tried USB 2.0 9-pin header cable is directly connected to the motherboard USB header. My case, Synapse showing Hanbo and Kunais. BUT My motherboard has just one USB header... Is there anyone in the same situation? and How to work Hanbo with internal USB hub? Thanks.
