Hi,

in the recent days I surfed a lot on the web to search for a new laptop and in the end I decided that the Blade Stealth 13 is the one that suits the most for me.

The problem is that in my country (italy) i can only find the basic model (with iGPU and 8 Gb RAM) and not the Graphic one (MX150 and 16 Gb)

So I was wondering if I purchase the laptop from a foreign website (for example i found a good price on amazon.de) will I still be able to contact and receive support from Razer? I found that it's possible to register the product with serial no. and everything so I guess it should be ok, right?

Of course you can contact them anytime by providing your system details like serial number etc for support, however if it’s concerning repair or RMA you should contact amazon.de as the seller. Other thing to notice your unit would come with german keyboard if you buy from amazon.de or other seller in Germany.

Yeah I took note of the keyboard layout, i'll probably swap the keys since I saw there are online websites that send packages to change them.



The problem is that amazon.de (as all amazon sellers) provides assistance only for 30 days after delivery. After that, they tell you to contact the original seller (Razer in this case) and that's where my question came from

Blade Laptops on Amazon.de has 2 years guarantee due our law, so if anything goes wrong just send it back, you can get replacement or refund I believe within that period. 30 days after receiving unit is basically free return period without telling any reason for example if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, this’s also I found recently because of EU law apparently.

I think i heard also what you said above but from my personal experience, I bought monitor and phone from Amazon, with their 2 years their guarantee I didn’t contact the manufacturer but simply their CS when I got issues with the products, the monitor I got replacement and the phone got refund after almost a year usage. For more accurate I think it’ll be better to contact amazon CS, idk quite sure if there’s english support though but there’s english website for amazon.de, probably you can ask for english speaking CS.
