I just got my new Blade 15 RTX 2060 in. Amazing. I cannot say how impressed I am with this computer. Without a doubt the best built system I have ever owned. It honestly feels better than any MacBook that I have ever owned. Just perfect.
When playing Fortnite I have to say that this thing gets really really really hot to the touch. You can't hold your hand on the machine nearly the screen and even the wrist rests get hot. Yet amazingly the CPU temps never go above 80C and the GPU never above 70C. Does it get so hot to the touch because of the Aluminium? Those temps won't cause anything to fail correct? Just getting comfortable with a system getting that hot to the touch and it not being an issue for the internals.
Additionally the fans really aren't that bad. I have to say I am surprised how they aren't really that loud.

The cassis is being used to transfer heat from parts inside it may be warm but I think it’s not uncomfortable to use to me because of that, maybe if it’s due your ambient temperature It might be uncomfortable. They use Blade 15 or other Blade with same cassis as testing on several exibihation like Gamescom as well for a full day gaming like OW etc and I saw poeple gaming on that without keyboard as well. I don’t play fortnite but on BFV it maxed to mid 80ish, and on SoTR or AC Odyssey that use cpu more intensive it’s slightly higher but in 9 months gaming usage there’re no hardware fail yet. It’s still factory default thermal paste, and I’ll keep update if there’s any. I always monitor the temperature as I showed in the attachment same as my previous Blade and other pc gaming gears, to keep gaming performance and hardware lifespan better.
