New Razer blade low FPS OW

So little less then 2 weeks ago I ordered and Recieved the new Razer blade. (Not stealth) Once I booted up OW and started playing a bit whilst razer cortex enabled (which tells me the FPS) it kept being around the 22-30. I did turn up the settings to high because looking at the specs of the new blade I would expect it to run ultra or epic since the specs on my desktop are a lot worse and that runs high with 80 FPS on avarage. It's kind of annoying since this laptop has cost me a lot of money and it not being able to atleast run overwatch decently kind of annoys me.
