Newest Razor Blade 15, worth the purchase? | Razer Insider

Hey ya'll I'm gonna try to keep this short and sweet.

Thinking about getting the newest Razer blade 15 ( the ones that got BOTH HDD and SSD - its gonna drop in about a week or so) Specs are almost a carbon copy of the current blade 15's. I wanted to ask if anyone who has a current 15 could drop a review about it? Pros/cons. Battery life and performance? Is Razers customer support REALLY trash?? Does it really not charge if the computer is already turned off? Any charging brick issues?
You’ll get base model with 1060maxq which is fine for FHD games from high to ultra 1080p. Battery life may shorter than advanced model since you got extra hdd inside that thin cassis, maybe around 4 hours compared advanced 6 hours, but you got better portability actually since power brick is smaller than advanced model. I don’t have base model but after BIOS Update it charge even on turned off condition apparently (didn’t have that issue before update though, but some seemly have it), and don’t have charger issues in 8 months usage (mostly plugged on the wall at home). CS experience may be vary but I find they’re helpful.
