newly repaired razer 17 cannot charge

Hi all, just got my razer 17 back from RMA repair. Runs very fine, but no paradise without a snake: the battery does not work! When I try to figure out what is  the problem,  I get BSOD. Hope support will be as quick about a repair as lasr week
