Hi! I have the RZ09-0313x with 16gb installed ram. Can I put in another 16gb ram card? Is there a recommended one I should use or can it be any dual-channel DDR4-2667MHz? Is the installed ram 2 x 8gb sticks? I tried to look on the support page but there is no info about upgrading the ram - https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3659/~/razer-blade-15%E2%80%9D-advanced-%282019%29-%7C-rz09-0313x-support

Download CPU-Z app, run it - go to SPD tab, then you have memory slot selection, check all slots if they're occupied, and you'll answer your question is it 2x8GB sticks or single 16GB. I'll always recommend Crucial memory, because it's reliable and didn't have any problem in any setup.

Thanks! It has 2 x 8gb. Can I upgrade just one slot to 32gb? So I have 40gb total? Also what is the fastest ram that my machine can handle?

Yes, you can upgrade it, but it'll be asymmetric dual channel (little slower than 2x same modules in dual-channel).

It depends on you. True dual-channel will have higher performance vs asymmetric dual channel, but it'll cost your more.

Is it 9750H? On blade laptops usually there’s no xmp profile on bios the cpu by default maximum would be 2666mhz, having bigger ram doesn’t mean it’ll make your workload faster (/add more FPS), depends on your usage, for gaming stay with dual channel (swap original with 16+16 (32gb) for better performance, for video editing etc that needs more ram having bigger ram like that mix 8+32gb (40gb) is fine.
