Razer Blade 13 too dim, cannot increase brightness

Hello I have a Razer Blade 13 and suddenly the brightness has gone seriously dim, I can barely see the screen, and the controls do not increase the brightness. I tried updating drivers but everything seems to be up to date. Can anyone help?

    Check if in windows you don't have battery saving powerplan on, it'll also limit max screen brightness.

    Done all that and still a seriously dim screen brightness

    There’s also no volume despite the controls being on maximum setting. So no volume and a really dim screen brightness. Please help
