Razer Blade 15 2018 basic model gaming temperature

Hi all, I've been looking at the CPU temperatures recently and it is pretty common for me to see 90+ degrees C with occasional 100 degrees C. Is this safe, or am I risking damage to the laptop? My laptop is over 1 year old so I no longer have warranty. Can anyone suggest ideas for how to keep temperatures lower so my CPU doesn't burn out?! Thanks!
