Razer Blade 15 (2019) 4k OLED, brightness control not working

Dear community, From day 1, the brightness control (via software or via fn+keys) is not working on windows 10. Although the slider does move, there is no increase or decrease of the screen brightness. The current brightness seems to be the maximum level at this moment. Has anyone got this problem? Which driver this is related to? I have re-installed all drivers from razer website for this model, and the problem still persists. I have installed Dual-boot with Arch Linux next to Windows, and brightness control on Linux works well. Any ideas?

    The Intel driver seems to resolve this. Please try and report back. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/98909/Intel-HD-Graphics-630
