Razer Blade 15 2019 Mid base: won't sleep on closing lid

I have a RBS 15 mid base 2019, and for a couple of months the laptop doesn't go to sleep when i closed the lid, All the power settings are set to sleep but still am facing the same issue, Even in the power-plan closing lid action has been set to sleep. I have to press the power button to make it sleep and then close the lid. P.S. The laptop is still under warranty.

    I had a similar issue before. I ended up going into Synapse and creating a new settings/performance profile and switching to it. Everything worked right again after that.

    Tried doing this. Didn't work!
