Razer Blade 15 2020 - Base Edition - Help Needed!

Hey there guys, its my first post. I purchased a razer blade 15 2020 base edition - 144hz screen, i7-10750H and im loving it however I am in need of the recovery ISO or the files from the recovery partition. If anybody can help me out and has the same exact version, I would appreciate it! Support couldnt help me, simply told me I had to wait a while for the recovery USB, I just need the proper drivers from the recovery partition or a copy of the files for the recovery USB? Loving the blade 15 apart from these issues!! Thank you.

    Razer uses a clean install of Windows 10 with Synapse 3.0 being the only app they install. All you need to do is go to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209 That will allow you to create a USB stick to reinstall windows onto your laptop.

    how did this problem come up? did you upgrade to a new ssd?
