Razer Blade 15 Adv. 2021 - 2nd SSD Stripped screw

Hi... I have a Razer Blade 15 (Early 2021) and I stripped the screw for the second sdd when I was trying to add a new SDD. Questions... First the screw had a sticker over it, i partialy removed the sitcker but the glue/paper stuck into the screw gaps and when i tried to remove/force with the screwdriver i stripped the screw. The question is, there is like a rubber washer behind the screw... No? Is it safe to press the rubber AND the head of the screw with a small plier and turn both at the same time ? It is the rubber attached to the screw? or it is a seppared part ? I live in a South american country. There has zero chance to send the laptop to an official service. Sorry for my english!!!

    The head of the screw. I took a hard decision, I remove the screw with brute force ... and I Installed the second sdd and then I used electrical tape to fix the disc. :big_grin_: https://i.imgur.com/PGJ93wB.jpeg
