Hi guys, I'm here to get help with my laptop if possible. First of all, I am French and I have just received it. It's a Windows installation problem, it says: "The computer has restarted unexpectedly or has generated an unexpected error.The Windows installation cannot continue.To install Windows, click" OK "to restart the computer, then restart the installation." But I clicked "Ok" already and the same window appears. What shoud I do?

      Try hard reset by pressing power button and after boot press f9 to go to recovery screen and recovery it to factory default form, then try to run first installation again.
