Razer Blade 15 Base (2020) Boot Issue, dead cmos battery?

I recently encountered a booting Issue with my blade 15 and it looks like this (not my video), I heard it could be the CMOS battery being dead or whatnot but after reading the comments it appears that even after replacing the CMOS battery it still happens. I also bought a new CMOS battery similar to the one in the laptop (ML1220) but it has a different Connector so Im hoping you guys can also help me source the right one.

 

TLDR:

Blade 15 having boot issues like this could be a dead CMOS battery but also something else.

I have the exact same problem with Razer Blad 2019 Advanced AND 2018 Advanced. Replacing CMOS in the latter solved the issue, but I’m still stuggling with the 2019 one. I heard that enabling USB Charge Option in BIOS can help.

Yep i finally found a cmos battery that matches the connector and the ml1220 that it needs, had to buy a cmos battery for a Dell XPS 15 9560 cmos battery, which uses the same ML1220 and pins used by the razer blade.

The wires on the XPS 15 batteries are a bit longer. I found Razer specific CMOS batteries with shorter wires that are closer to OEM.
