Razer Blade 15 base model issues
hi, i just got my razer blade 15 base model 2019 two days ago but i've unfortunately already met multiple issues.
First of all i want to say that i'm not trying to bringing down this laptop. i'm here to seek solutions because right now for me, this laptop is the best option that i've found, and i really want to use it in the best conditions.
that being said.
i'm using my previous laptop that i've brought in 2016 as reference to compare with the razer 15 behavior :
Intel Core i5-4258U (2.9GHz) / 8GB ram / 128 go ssd DDR3, windows 8. My utilisation of the laptop: Mostly music production but also content creation that can become quicly resource demanding.
2/wake up time:
I tought that i was being picky about this one but when i've made the comparaison i find it slow to wake up and get ready to use. My previous laptop with a lower spec and wear start way faster.
3/ bug/freeze:
My laptop tend often to bug or even freeze. sometime it's just smal al lag to get an action done but other time it will freeze for few seconds ( it's not the all system that's freezing but usually the application that im using.).
For exemple when i've tried to open the windows file explorer the pc took some time to respond so i clicked again a few time more (not smartest thing to do i and then multiple tabs load up a the same time
4/ Daw not working well:
5/ The performance difference between on battery and unpluged:
I can understand the need of being plugged to get better better performance and i'm ok whith it, but in some case i noticed a big gap in capacity for something that should be not resource demanding.
in photoshop i tried to color something with a stock brush from photshop. when pluged, everything was smooth no problem but when i've unplug the laptop the brush started to lag, i could not work with it at all.
Otherwise, this laptop work fine when i do small task. In those moments the user experience it really enjoyable but if i've choosen this laptop it's because i could do heavy work on it.
i've already download and installed all the drivers and updates that i could. i've aslo did a scan of the pc with the help of a razer support team member ( thanks to him ) and the scan found nothing wrong with the system.
I want to know if there is solutions available and aslo i wanted to have you review about your laptop
