Razer Blade 15 One Key lights up differently

I really want to know what is causing this problem. I thought Razer customer might know better than Razer Support, so my problem is that My new Razer Blade 15 2019 v with RTX 2080 Max-q advanced model. My "B" key is lights up different when I set my keyboard to white and yellow. Basically other keys lights up fine but only B key lights up purple when it white and orange when it's yellow. And all of the key works fine and I just noticed after two months of uses. I am not sure if this is synapse 3 software problem or is it my hardware issue?? Because I used my chroma studio and tested my B key to check it whether it's capable of displaying the every color. Please let me know if you have any idea

I have already contacted the Razer support and they are not willing to reply me I have no idea why. Because last time when I sent the message they sent back in 2 days but this time they are not replying me.

happens to me, happens to be letter D, and only yellow led is not working, however all the colors that requires yellow tends to display the color incorrectly (eg. yellow + blue = should be green but displays red) its a hardware issue. i have seperate drive with dual boot, and still the same. im not surprised though, ive had bloated battery issues, dead motherboard (replaced already) and screen issues with my blade. haha :D

Oh probably yes! But I would still gonna use my blade 15 because it’s not smart to pay for replacement over 3000$machine! I would never ever buy Razer again and their customer servicing is terrible as well .

Where did you purchase your blade? You can have it replaced if you bough it on amazon or microsoft store. But if on razer store, just contact their support have them replaced the leds, if under warranty the repair is free. but really oftentimes there are a lot of quality control issues. We paid a premium price yet it happens. My brothers MBP pro doesnt have any single problem for almost 4 years now. He's laughing at me always when a problem on my razer pops up. But still I do love my razer, but it diminishes over time. hahaha

Nice I brought them in Razer store in Japan, but I swapped new ssd. So I think it would not be warranty because I opened my blade internally. My blade doesn’t have any issue with my blade15 so I am happy with my blade

i thinks its still covered if just swapping internal ssd..
