Razer Blade 15 QHD with 3070 or 3080

All, I have a Razer Blade 15 with an RTX 2080, I7-8750H CPU and with FHD. I am debating whether to get a QHD one with either an RTX 3070 or RTX 3080. I am interested in QHD mainly. Is it worth the change? How is the QHD display? I see on some YouTube videos the RTX 3080 overheats. Anyone with one that can make a comment? How is the noise? are these better for an RTX 3070 one? Thanks.
