Hi,

Has anyone encountered Slowness with Steam Link and the Razer blade 15?


I tested with a physical Steam Link and the App and the results are the same. Its extremely slow when selecting different games as compared to my Macbook there is absolutely no lag.

No I'm narrowing it down to the Razer's network card/firmware. Because over the Wi-fi or Ethernet my Macbook was fine but the Razer blade wasn't. So the issue isn't with the Steam Link.

The Razer stays in my bedroom and there is no ethernet port in here So i can't link it up via ethernet. But if the steaming is OK over wi-fi on my macbook but technically it should be OK on the razer blade.


Can anyone give me some advice?

Ethernet works fine but im leaning towards the WiFi network card thats being the throttle.

I don't mind at all but it's good to know for us to use on steam link before we start dishing out $
