Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition Touch Screen? Stylus?

Hi everyone. I recently have been shopping around for a powerful computer. I am attending college, planning on majoring in aeronautical engineering and will be a powerful, yet maneuverable laptop that will be able to run CAD, simulations and CAM software. Preferably I would also like a laptop that allows for touch screen and the use of a stylus for taking notes. Through research, the Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition seem more than capable of handling all the software and programs, however i was curious to know if it has a touch screen, or can be used with a stylus?

    Here you can see the comparison of Razer's "creator ready" laptops, where it shows that the Blade 15 Studio does indeed have a touchscreen. https://www2.razer.com/au-en/gaming-systems/razer-blade-studio-edition On a side note, i'm really disappointed to find that the screen on this 8,500AUD laptop only has a 60Hz refresh rate.
